give detailed information on quantity, item description,

shipping method, shipping/biling address, and payment

information in your order. However, the easiest and

fastest way to place an order is: go shopping online.

Online ordering from KTUSASYS.com is simple and secure. st

We also take PURCHASE ORDERS from government agencies and

educational institutions. To authorize the purchasing, you

need to fax a formal P.O. with a government or educational

institution letterhead to 316-522-3373. Or you may mail

the P.O. to us. The PURCHASE ORDER must have the following

information: Purchase Order Number, Billing and Shipping

address, Contact Person, Telephone and Fax number, and

Billing Terms requested. The PURCHASE ORDER must have a

signature by an authorized representative.

* E-Store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

* Office hours are from 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday-Friday;

Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays.

* KT USA SYSTEMS carries a full inventory of products

available through this E-Commerce,which enable us to ship

your order within 1 business day.  Shipping methods

include: Fedex 3 Day Select, Fedex 2nd Day & Fedex

Standard Overnight.  UPS Ground shipping also available if

your order is over 30 pounds, please call or e-mail us for

UPS Shipping Rates.

* All E-Commerce orders are tax-exempted.

* For Payment, we accept Master or Visa Credit Cards.

* Your information is secured on our order pages.

* All products are brand new and come with warranty.

* Some items might ship separately.

* For all international orders, please e-mail

sales@ktusasys.com for special arrangement. Also, we only

accept wire transfer for payment (No Credit Cards or COD)

* All discrepancies must be reported within 5 days upon

receiving your package.

* All returns must be made within 1 month period and in

original packaging. A restocking fee of 15-25% will be

charged if the item returned needs to be re-packaged or

has missing parts. An RMA Number must be obtained before

returning the products. All RMAs are valid for 10 days

from the date of issue.

* Custom Made Cables are available upon request.

* All address correction will be charge a total of $12.00

fees which include $10.00 from Fedex or UPS and $2.00 by

KT USA SYSTEMS for service/handling charge.
