* To return an item, contact Customer Service at 316 522 2002 to obtain Return Authorization (RMA) RMA numbers are valid for 14 days after the original invoice date of the order and cannot be extended or re-issued. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.

* KT USA SYSTEMS reserves the right to withdraw or modify the price of any product offered without prior notice. Merchandise will not be accepted for return (for credit or repair) unless our permission has been previously given and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued.

* Please send an email to sales@ktusasys.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be generated by the RMA department prior to the return of any product, please contact the RMA to initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization(s) process.

* Packages received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned intact to the sender without any further processing.

* Items must be returned within 14 Business days of an RMA issue date, after which the shipment will be refused.

* All returns except those of defective product are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and additional charges for handling or freight are refunded only in cases of defective products.

* Credit may be denied in the event that the product is returned damaged, missing parts or packaging materials.

* All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. A product that is determined to be damaged or defective must be returned or exchanged Within 14 days of the delivery date. Damage to the product, that is determined to be the result of misuse, abuse, accident or modification not authorized by KT USA SYSTEMS.

* Return freight must be shipped prepaid.

* We recommend that you insure the package, as you are responsible for risk of loss on all returned packages.

* We also recommend that you make sure you pack the carton properly for return, KT USA SYSTEMS will not issue credit for product damaged en route back to us due to poor shipping practices. We do not issue call tags for product returns.

* Returned product must be clean, undamaged, and complete with all manuals, accessories, documents and packaging.

* The items must be in a resalable condition free of any non-removable labels or writing on the product or product packaging, and the UPC code must be intact for you to receive credit. The product must also have with it upon return to us a copy of the original invoice RMA must be written on the box.

* Products that are received by us that do not meet these conditions will be subject to additional charges and/or will not be processed as returns, and we will attempt to contact you to determine the disposition of these goods prior to their disposal.

* KT USA SYSTEMS reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date.

* Products will be Non returnable or refunable after 14 days from the invoice date.
